Between 2017 and 2019 Sally was co-designer and co-presenter – working with Annie Talve of Project Sisu – for the Australia Council for the Arts’ annual Future Leaders program.  The program involved five-day intensive residential workshops held twice a year for an annual cohort of up to 26, emerging and middle management arts leaders and creative practitioners from Australia and the Asia Pacific region. Sally’s role, apart from co-design of the five-day programs, was to present specially crafted sessions on contemporary topics such as ‘The Political Economy of NOW’; ‘What is Leadership?’; ‘Stereotype Threat’, and ‘Gender NOW’.
